How do I register?
Registration for the 2025 season opens January 6th. You must register online using the "Registration" tab at the top of the page.
What are the rules?

What is the concussion protocol?
Players over 18, parents/guardians of players under 18, coaches and officials must annually review one of Ontario's official Concussion Awareness Resources.

How old do I have to be to play?
| T-Ball | Born between January 1st, 2019 and June 1st, 2021 |
| 3-Pitch | Born between January 1st, 2016 and December 31st, 2018 |
| Junior | Born between January 1st, 2013 and December 31st, 2015 |
| Intermediate | Born between January 1st, 2010 and December 31st, 2012 |
| Senior | Born between January 1st, 2007 and December 31st, 2009 |
| Adult Co-Ed 3-Pitch | At least 18 years old |
| Men's 3-Pitch | At least 18 years old |
| Adult Fast Pitch | At least 18 years old |
| CWMSA reserves the right to move players between divisions based on registration numbers and skill levels. | |
What equipment is required?
All players require:
- long pants (no shorts)
- closed-toe shoes or cleats (metal cleats are not allowed)
- catching glove
- softball helmet with chin strap (children 18 and under require a face cage on their helmets)
- back catcher gear if playing that position (provided)
