The registration form isn't working.

The registration form is asking all my players to pay the full team fee of $475. How do I fix that?

What is the cost to register?

The cost in 2025 was $475 per team.  The entry fee for 2026 is to be determined.  Team Captains must pay in full when registering (credit card or e-transfer). Team Captains are responsible for collecting payment from their players.

 

How many games will my team play?

Each team is guaranteed three (3) games.

 

How do I register my team?

Registration will take place online.  A link will be posted once registration opens. 

Team Captains/Coaches must create their team, then players need to register using the Team Code provided by their captain. There is no individual registration for the tournament.

 

When does registration close?

To be determined.

 

How many players can I have on my team?

Teams are a maximum of 14 players and must have at least 3 women.

 

Can I name my own team?

Team Captains/Coaches must name their team when registering. CW Softball reserves the right to change disrespectful or inappropriate names.

 

What are the rules?

The registration form is asking all my players to pay the full team fee of $475. How do I fix that?

Please make sure only one (1) person is registering the team as Captain and everyone else is using the Player registration form.
